We’re friends who share a long-time passion for psychology, research, and innovation. What started as late-night conversations and a side project turned into Behaviohaus – a way to bring what we love into practice and support companies in creating solutions that truly fit the people they’re made for.

Our backgrounds are a mix of Big Four consulting, tech, and behavioral science, combined with studies and research at universities like University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Bocconi in Milan, Management University Singapore, and University of Tilburg in the Netherlands.

Coming from the CEE region ourselves, we’ve seen how much potential there is here. With Behaviohaus, we want to share our expertise and curiosity with organizations we admire – helping them grow with ideas and processes that put people first.
